Hi, I’m a self-taught hobby baker with a passion for creating beautiful, handcrafted sweets. I specialize in Italian Method macarons, custom cakes, and uniquely decorated cake pops. I typically rent a commercial kitchen to prepare my goods, but I also bake under cottage food laws when appropriate—all items are clearly labeled to reflect their origin. When I’m not baking for markets or special orders, I teach classes at The Flour Pot LLC, including Buttercream Demos, Italian Method Macarons, and coming soon, a Cake Pops Basics course.
